Efficiency OS — Terms of Use

Efficiency OS gives a small team one place for chat, tasks, notes, documents, calendar, video calls and an AI assistant that works from the team’s own content. We provide the software; your team is responsible for what it puts in it.

You need an account (email, Google or Apple sign-in) and must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. A workspace owner controls who is a member and may remove members and their access at any time.

Everything your team writes stays yours. You grant us a licence to store, sync and process it solely to provide the service, including sending relevant content to the AI assistant when you ask it something. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

The assistant is an AI system and can be wrong. Its output is a draft, not advice, and it may take actions in your workspace (creating tasks, notes or meetings) only within the tools the app exposes. Review what it does. Where you bring your own API key, that provider’s terms apply to your usage.

• Use the service lawfully and only within workspaces you are a member of.
• No attempts to access other workspaces, reverse-engineer the service or disrupt it.
• No unlawful, abusive or harmful content in messages, calls or documents.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Efficiency OS is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
