ACCOUNTS AND WORKSPACES

Create an account with email, Google or Apple, then create a workspace or accept an invite from a teammate. Each teammate gets a personal agent; the workspace owner manages members in Settings → Team.

THE AI ASSISTANT

Mention @agentin any channel or open the Agent tab. It reads your workspace’s notes, tasks, KPIs and recent messages to answer. Conversations in vanish mode are never sent to it. If the assistant is unavailable, check the API key in Settings.

CALLS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Calls use the camera and microphone only after you grant permission. Notifications for calls, mentions and meetings can be switched off in Settings or in your phone’s system settings.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Follow the account & data deletion steps, or email us. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

POLICIES
