Efficiency OS — Delete Your Account & Data

1. Open Efficiency OS and sign in.
2. Open Settings and tap Delete account.
3. If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership to someone else or delete the workspace first, so the company is not left without an owner.
4. Type DELETE, tap Delete my account, and confirm with Apple or Google if asked.

You are signed out right away. Your account is permanently deleted after 15 days. Signing in before then lets you restore it.

Email hello@efficiency.dev from the address your account is registered with, subject “Delete my Efficiency OS account”. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication record)
• Your member profile in every workspace: name, email address, role and device push notification tokens
• Your personal AI agent conversations and personal agents
• Your private notes and private documents

A workspace belongs to the company that runs it. Content you contributed to it — messages in team channels and direct messages, shared notes, tasks, documents and calendar events — stays part of that workspace, the way emails you sent stay with their recipients. Your name on that content is replaced by “Deleted user”. The workspace owner can delete shared content, or the whole workspace, at any time.

Leaving a workspace, or being removed by its admin, ends your access but does not delete your account. What you shared stays with the workspace under your name, marked as a former member. Your private notes and agent conversations in that workspace are kept for 30 days so an admin can take them over, then deleted.

You can delete individual messages, notes, tasks, and documents directly in the app. To request deletion of specific data you can’t remove yourself (for example, your push token or particular records), email hello@efficiency.dev from your account’s email address, describing what you’d like removed. Same 30-day window applies.
