Efficiency OS — Delete Your Account & Data

1. Send an email to hello@efficiency.dev with the subject line “Delete my Efficiency OS account”.
2. Send it from the email address your account is registered with — this is how we verify the request is yours.
3. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your account credentials (Firebase Authentication record)
• Your member profile — name, email address, role, and device push notification tokens
• Your private AI assistant conversation history
• Your private notes and private documents

Content you contributed to your team’s shared workspace — messages in team channels, shared notes, tasks, documents, and calendar events — remains part of that workspace, the same way emails you sent remain with their recipients. Your name on that content is replaced by your account identifier once your profile is deleted. The workspace owner can delete shared content at any time.

No additional retention period applies beyond the 30-day processing window.

You can delete individual messages, notes, tasks, and documents directly in the app. To request deletion of specific data you can’t remove yourself (for example, your push token or particular records), email hello@efficiency.dev from your account’s email address, describing what you’d like removed. Same 30-day window applies.
